Printing
Printing Note: When
printing a report, use the printer icon within the Crystal Report Viewer
located above the Preview tab. Do not use the menu option File/Print or
the Print button of the browser. This will only print a border on the page
and the body of the report will be empty.
Note: When you
select the printer icon, the default is ALL pages. To print a range
of pages select the "pages" button and enter a range of page
number that you wish to print. For example, to print all schools in
a district, simply click on the first and the last schools in the report
within the particular school district and enter these page numbers into
the printing range.
Most reports print on 8 1/2 x
11 paper, however, the Quality of School Life Survey requires 8 1/2 x 14
paper. The page size can be changed under File|Page Setup.
