How do I
get information from this system?
PDF Files
Reports have
been converted to pdf files - school number not
required. The pdf files display showing the results for all
schools. Use the search icon or press "ctrl-F" and enter a string to
search for.
School Number
(1) Select a
report from the main screen and simply enter the 3-digit school number to
display the report for the particular school OR if you do not know the
school number leave the school number blank and select OK to display the
report for all schools. In the latter case click on the plus sign (+) next
to the appropriate school district in the left frame. This will display an
alphabetized list of schools within that district. Then select a school
from the list to display information specifically for that school in the
right frame.

Mapping Feature
(2) With the aid of school district maps, school reports can be
produced. Schools are represented on the maps as red dots. Placing the mouse on a dot will activate a popup window displaying the name, location and grades offered by the
school. Selecting a school will run the report for that particular school. For denser areas of the province, such as Corner Brook,
Grand Falls/Windsor, Mount Pearl and St. John?s, city level maps are utilized.
These areas are represented on the district maps as yellow dots. Selecting a yellow dot will
display a city level map containing all the schools for the particular
area. Knowing the school number is not a requirement in using the mapping
