Browser Note: Internet Explorer is strongly recommended to view these reports properly. The Netscape browser sometimes fails to display reports. You will need to use Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher. If you decide to use Netscape, ensure you are using version 3.0 or higher. To upgrade your current web browser, visit the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape download web sites.
Printing Note: When printing a report, use the printer icon within the Crystal Report Viewer located above the Preview tab. Do not use the menu option File/Print or the Print button of the browser. This will only print a border on the page and the body of the report will be empty.
